Judith Ellenthal
Judith Ellenthal is the chair of Cacace, Tusch & Santagata’s Real Estate Practice Group, and co-chair of the Real Estate Committee for the Fairfield County Regional Bar Association. She also advises clients in areas of family law, and is a longtime member of the Connecticut Bar Association’s Family Law Committee. Ms. Ellenthal has served as a Special Master in the Stamford and Bridgeport Superior Courts’ family courts; and is credentialed through the state of Connecticut to serve as a Guardian ad Litem and as an attorney for minor children in the state’s court system.

Judith Ellenthal joined the firm in June of 2002. She holds a B.A. (1962 in History) from Brooklyn College and a J.D. (1984) from the Quinnipiac University School of Law in Hamden, Connecticut. She also has a Masters of Arts in Urban-Suburban Administration (1983) from the University of Bridgeport. She is admitted to practice in the Connecticut state courts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut.
Ms. Ellenthal is the chair of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group, and a co-chair of the Real Estate Committee for the Fairfield County Regional Bar Association. She also advises clients in the area of family law, including divorce, post-judgment matters and prenuptial agreements; and in the areas of real estate litigation, estate planning and probate. Ms. Ellenthal is a long-time member of Connecticut Bar Association’s Family Law Committee, and lectures on real estate and family law topics.
Before joining Cacace, Tusch & Santagata, Ms. Ellenthal was a partner in the Stamford law firm of Rapaport and Ellenthal (1988-2002); and a partner in the Greenwich law firm of Ellenthal & Brodie (1984-1988). Since 2002, she has served as a Special Master in the family courts of the Stamford and Bridgeport Superior Courts. Ms. Ellenthal has also completed all the mandatory training required by the state of Connecticut to serve as a Guardian ad Litem and as an attorney for minor children in the Connecticut court system.
